4. Week 4 Identify skill mastery plan  (communication, prioritization, delegation, negotiation, ... etc )
5. Week 5 - 9 Practical core leadership skills - Choose your own on-line modules with weekly reflections and challenges
6. Week 10 Wrap Session with cohort
7. Weekly pod discussions (full cohort)
8. Bi-weekly check-ins (one-on-one)
