3. Team submits questions to Pivot via anonymous submission
4. Pivot discusses summarized themes with new leader and develops self-paced plan
5. Leader progresses through kickstart modules for 8-12 weeks
6. New leader formulates action plan with team for first 90 days including milestones and metrics
7. Coach checks in with team members and leader at key milestones determined by team in 90 days
